1. Who we are

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on radixum.com. The products are created and supplied by Radixum, a sole proprietor business (“Radixum”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, you enter into this agreement with Radixum for the license to use the products.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

3. Acceptance

By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

4. License

When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by one person or one business. You may use the prompts and the text you create with them in your own work, including commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly upload the product files or substantial parts of them.

5. Intellectual property

Radixum retains all rights, title, and interest in the products and this website, including all text, design, and compilations. Third-party product names are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our products or website for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, infringing anyone's rights, or to interfere with the security of this site (including malware, probing, or scraping).

7. No guarantees

Our products are educational and productivity guides. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, or business outcome. AI tools can produce inaccurate content: you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use and for following the laws and rules that apply to you (including advertising, disclosure, privacy, and fair housing rules). Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, or lending advice.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website and downloads available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us and we will provide a replacement copy or a refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radixum's total liability relating to any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, for example by redistributing the product files, or in cases of fraud or abuse.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
